The State Standard
桓公問於管子曰：“國準可得聞乎？”管子對曰：“國準者，視時而立儀。”
Duke Huan asked Guan Zhong: 'May I hear about the State Standard?' Guan Zhong replied: 'The State Standard means observing the times and establishing the proper measure.'
