積微者速成
Those Who Accumulate Small Things Achieve Quickly
積微：月不勝日，時不勝月，歲不勝時。凡人好敖慢小事，大事至然後興之務之，如是，則常不勝夫敦比於小事者矣。故善日者王，善時者霸，補漏者危，大荒者亡。
On accumulating small things: months cannot overcome days, seasons cannot overcome months, years cannot overcome seasons. Most people disdain small affairs and only rouse themselves when great matters arise — they will never outperform those who attend diligently to small things. Therefore those who make good use of each day become kings; those who make good use of each season become hegemons; those who only patch leaks face danger; those who let things fall into gross neglect face destruction.
